If the items delivered have any pne of the issues listed below;

1 physically defective or damaged goods

2.items which differs from the description

3.items which are delivered wrongly

4.differnet in colour , style , size or quantity

New items of yours choice will be replaced by us, in accordance with this policy

Note ; Photos of digital copy color may differ 20% because of the mobile display, that you are using

Policy of replaceement ;

In the case of replacement the following procedure will be followed ;

1.the product should be resent through india post only

2.initation of replacement will be start once we receive the product . the charge by the post office will also be provided to the customer. No courier charges will be reimbursed if the product is not sent through INDIA POST

3.our executive will contact you once we receive the product positively between 2pm to 5pm , incase of failure in receiving a call kindly intimate us via whatsapp.

Terms and conditions;


1.returns are accepted only when the product sent through india post

2. exchange or return can be made within 7 days of delivery of the order

3.original packing of the product should be included while returning it.

4.Product which are unused /unwashed and undamaged conditions only will be eligible for refund /exchange

5.if it is found that the reasons mentioned for refund /exchange are fake , the courier charge for the returning should be borne by the customer. return policy is followed on inners, shorts, sweat activation t.shirts and some personal hygiene products.

Shipping policy ;

1.It takes 2 to 4 business days in metros and 5 to 10 days for the rest of india for delivery once it is shipped’ shipping is eligible for all orders

3.when someone else receive the product on behalf of you , the status will show delivered , in case of residential address kindly check with your security guard or neighours, where as non residential please verify with reception. Do reach out us through mail, if you think that is not the case.

4.Any request in change of address after shipping couldnot be made.

5.if our courier partner failed to deliver the product ,they send it back. A refund via discount codes to your account will be initiated that will reflect with in 2 days of initiation.
